Why a yearly tune-up pays off
The cheapest garage door repair is the one you prevent. A tune-up catches a worn spring or a fraying cable before it strands you.
A maintenance visit covers the whole system: we inspect and adjust the springs, cables, rollers, hinges and tracks, test the opener and its safety reverse, lubricate the moving parts, and tighten the hardware that works loose over time.
Once a year is right for most homes, more often if you use the door many times a day. Regular service keeps the door quiet, extends the life of the parts, and turns surprise breakdowns into small fixes on your schedule.
