When a garage door becomes an emergency
A door that will not open, will not close, or has dropped is more than an inconvenience. It is a safety and security problem.
If your car is trapped inside, a spring or cable has snapped, or the door will not close and leaves your home open, treat it as an emergency. Forcing it with the opener can turn a small part failure into a bent door or a burned-out motor.
Leave the door where it is, keep kids and pets clear, and call us. We are on call around the clock and aim for about a 30 minute response, with the common emergency parts already on the truck.
